Shipping and returns

Our products are shipped within 1-3 days after receiving payment.

Once shipped, products can take between 5 and 15 days to reach their destination, typically arriving within a week of purchase.

Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code in your email.

Returns and refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in its original packaging . At The Brick Street , we are not responsible for opened products unless there is a significant manufacturing defect.

If approved, we'll provide a return address, and your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the product. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for missing parts, as we cannot verify whether the absence is due to loss during assembly.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
